Attempt to save customization failed

I got the message “ATTEMPT TO SAVE CUSTOMIZATION CHANGES FAILED” every time I try to equip a new part.  Or every time I try to change out to a different part I have in stock.  I go to free roam and I try to live tune my vehicle and as soon as I exit live tuning I get the same message again.  It will save my rep gains but nothing else.  This is on PS4 by they way. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  Restoring my licenses.  Still having the same issue.  Anyone having this issue??  EA!  Please fix.  I can’t play my game!!
