Autolog Recommends crashes the game after patch 1.02

Hey EA Team.
I got an issue with Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered after I installed the 1.02 patch on PlayStation 4, when I try to enter the Autolog Recommends from the main menu the game is crashing every time unless I turn off the Cross-Play in the settings, I told this to my friends on PS4 and they tried this themselves and they had no issue, so it's something specific in my game, I tried to reset the game, the console, rebuild the database, nothing works, it still crashes the game unless I turn off the Cros-Play.

The Error Code is CE-34878-0, if anyone got a solution thank you in advance.
