Black Screen at Start + Crashes after Playing

Don't worry is you and a lot of other user PC users or console that have the same problem for the last 5 days
I am facing the same problem as you I played the game for some time and after that it crashed (sound was there but the game wasn't working)
After some time i got the crash report.
The second time i tried to open the game up the black screen was there for like 5+ minutes (endless)
I tried these things which are the most common things you will be asked from the EA support team to do
1) Clear origins cache (don't delete the "Localcontent" File)
2) Use CCleaner for unwanted files
3) Try repair tool in origin
4) Check if you have everything up to date Drivers etc plus check the game if needs some updates
5) Re install
Sadly I tried these things and I contacted EA and they couldn't help me
I asked them to kindly check if the problem is on there side because it's still unexplained why all consoles face the same problem but got no answer for that .
One thing am facing is that when ever i did the repair the game started but it was always detecting 20GB that needed re pair and the whole game is 30 plus when ever i tried to start it up some times it started some time sit wouldn't even start but always got me stuck on both online and solo loading screens
