Black Screen Crash

Hi all,

Just got NSF:MW from the SimCity free game thing and I'm having some problems running the game.  The game will work for approximately 10 - 15 minutes then it will visually crash to a black screen.  The audio will still run, and my vehicle will still be racing because I can then feel the car crash with my controller.  About 50% of the time it will just completely crash, and the other half of the time it will just crash visually.

About my system; dual monitors, freshly upgraded drivers, weekly virus scans, and cleaned/reinstalled through origin.

Below is some dxdiag info, thank you for any help you can give.

I love that nothing has been said about this.  EA you have lost a customer, I will never buy a game from you ever again.  Enjoy dying like THQ in a couple years.

You're in for the long run. You're in the small amount of people experiencing this, and Ea would lose more money fixing your bug (which is also mine) than ignoring us and getting out more DLC's.

I noticed you got a I7 2600 as I do, I start to believe this CPU is damned. My friend has a 2600k and he has the same issues too.

Here are the general troubleshooting steps if you experience crashes in the game:

Resolution - Change the game resolution and/or the your monitor/desktop resolution to its original ratio.

Windowed mode - Launch the on windowed mode (Alt+Enter)

If you have multiple screens you might need to adjust the display settings.

Since you have already tried the other solutions such as Updating drivers, if the issue persists, please contact our customer support team for further technical assistance.
