A few possibilities:
- Your TV uses Dolby Vision and that does not work well with this game.
- Your PC is below the minspec: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-heat#store-page-section-requirements

My TV does say Dolby Vision when it attempts to load the game with HDR. Why does the game make the tv switch to that mode?
