The Lotus and the Zonda both have permanent replay races for blueprints. The only issues with getting blueprints for these cars should be time and boredom
For the Diablo you may or may not get a temporary replayable race for blueprints. They seem to be getting really rare. Otherwise you will probably need to buy them either at the black market or special offer if or when available. Or add one more car to the pile of cars without complete blueprints that most people have. One of the downsides of this game.
What is your level in the game you have unlock 13 and 15 chapter? Lotus exige cup you can race in replayable races in 13th chapter .
Pagani zonda cinque you can race in replayable races in 15th chapter . you can get 1-2 BPs every day. For diablo sv you must speant gold 80-85 each piece......
