Bonus License Plate Backgrounds disappeared

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:40 PM
What is your time zone? CTT - GMT + 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the license plate section in the visual customization, and select change plate background in the plate modification screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? All of the loyalty bonus license plates except for the Deluxe Edition plate (Payback, Coca-Cola, Rivals and NFS 2015 disappear from the plate screen)
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the Payback, NFS 2015, Rivals and Coca-Cola plate backgrounds appear.

I went into the plate customization screen. and found out the plates have disappeared.
