is it just me or does that picture confirm you can put neon under certain parts of cars if you don't want neon underneath the whole car.

That glow is just a reflection on the floor from the neon sign in the background look at the 360 view on the NFS site
Oh, I see. That is really cool that there is the reflection like that.
Really cool the fact that we can tint headlights now, cruising at night is gonna look really good 📷
