Found the issue and a fix for me. I had a Thrustmaster throttle stick connected to my PC which set the angle of the camera. Moving the throttle stick moved the camera so I disconnected it from the PC and everything works now.

same i couldnt find anything on the net or here... cant believe i was the first to post about it... it is completely game breaking for me... if its not fixed soon ill be asking for a refund

    I tried playing without my controller and the camera wouldn't move at all... it just stayed in the same 8 o'clock position
