Can’t get speed cards above level 12
Car is maxed out at 293 with all mods on level 12. Tried trading like 15 times but wont get anything higer than level 12. Also did many races but didn’t receive higher than level 12

Some cars can't go passed level 300. It will tell you at the dealership (top left corner) what level that specific car can go up to.
