Can I go back and do other challenges? (POSSIBLE SPOILERS)

Is there any way I can go back and do previous challenges without completing the hardest (Grand Tour) challenge? I've managed to get to the last (?) challenge, where I have to complete the Grand Tou...

You can go back and complete the speedlists after you complete the Grand Tour by entering the career overview in the safe house
this will also unlock the liveries for the cars
however if you turn off cloud storage and delete your saved file you can start the game again from the start
just remember to turn cloud storage back on b4 you exit the game to sync the new saves
