Can I play with a keyboard?

So I preordered the game knowing my pc would be able to run it but when the specs were released it said analog controller as an input device, does this mean i need to get a controller to play the game?

I have not been able to find a clear answer as some sites say I need one and others say I can play it with my keyboard.

You don't need a controller, controller is optional. 🙂

Don't think OP will even need a mouse for NFS. There was no need for it in NFS 2015. Just saying. :P

Would be nice if they allowed you to turn the camera with the mouse, i guess
