Cannot connect to online server on PS5.

I’m having trouble connecting to the online servers of need for speed heat. Usually in the past, this would happen and somehow if I went to solo mode and deleted my cars up until I had 75 cars I was able to go back into online. I can have a maximum of up to 91 cars only in heat to be able to play online. Any more and id have to repeat this process. This time around, a few days ago, I’m unable to access the online servers even if I deleted the said number of cars. I’ve tried deleting my in game car wraps as well to free up space and still the same issue. My other games work fine but even changing DNS settings still does not work for me. I’ve contacted my internet provider and my PSN and both are working fine, as well as my router company. I hope EA can fix this problem for me and others that have a similar experience..!!
