Cannot edit car's paint/wrap? Game says, "Retrieving your custom wraps..."

For the last day, I have not been able to change the paint, let alone download wraps for any of my cars. My game says, "Retrieving your custom wraps..." over the first two Paint & Wrap options. When ...

I found a fix that worked for me, i initially bought the game on steam and this problem happened when i ran it from steam. I ran it from Origin instead and it worked, i think the wrap servers cannot connect to steam for some reason which is a bummer because many people have bought this from steam due to the sale.

@YOBittu This is really sucks honestly,I tried almost 7 times with almost 200 GB wifi use to redownload nfs heat for a multiple times with disable cloud storage and clean all documents related nfs heat before redownload but still same results with retrieving wraps and paints both bug,dammit
