Cannot log into EA account on PS4 – linked but error appears
Hello,
I am trying to log into my EA account on PS4, but I keep getting an error when entering the game.
My PlayStation Network account is already linked to my EA account, but the game still does not let me connect.
I have already tried:
- Checking that my PSN is linked to EA
- Restarting the game and the console
- Checking my internet connection
The issue still persists. Can someone help me fix this?
