Cannot play NFS Rivals

Every time I try to launch the game, I get a "NFS Rivals has stopped working" a problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is avalible.

Help please!!!

Make sure your graphic card driver is up-to-date, and that you are running Need for Speed Rivals as an administrator.

Then, try temporarily disabling Origin In Game in your Origin Application Settings.

To do this:

Launch the Origin client.

Go to the Origin menu, Application Settings, Origin In Game,

Uncheck "Enable Origin In Game"

Finally close the programs running in the background.

Here is a tip. You can try to perform a Clean Boot and test the game performances.

The Clean Boot process disables many background tasks that may be causing interference.

Launch the game only just after the clean boot (nothing else.)
