Cannot Start NFS HP Remastered

I just subscribed to EA Pass and downloaded multiple old and new NFS games from Steam (after I linked my account). All of the games were functioning well other than NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered. Whenev...

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into! When you have a moment, can we give the following a shot? 

  1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
  2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
  3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
  4. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
