Can't Access Online for EA Play (NFS Heat)

I recently purchased the 30 Day EA Play for PS4.
i want to play NFS Heat ONLINE.
Everytime I attempt to go online I get the message Please reset your password.
Your Login credentials have expired.

I scan the QR code to access the Change Password Page.
I enter my Email address.
I receive the link to reset my password.
I reset my password and receive verification that my password has been changed.

I re-start my PS4 and start the game.

When I try to access NFS Heat online... I GET THE VERY SAME MESSAGE (PLEASE RESET YOUR PASSWORD)

The cycle repeats itself again and again and again.


I HAVE:
> Tried no less than FOUR TIMES to no avail.
> Changed my PS4 Login Email and Password.
> Linked my Facebook profile (same Email Address) to EA

The only reason I purchased the EA Play pass was to play NFS Heat ONLINE.

Please Help

    Hey there @k7uzzc4bwzha, hate to see you're having issues with your account!

    First you'll want to be sure you're resetting the password for the correct EA account. The best way to check that would be by logging in with your email and checking that you see your PSN ID under your connected accounts here.

    If you are logging in with the correct email, and you do see your PSN ID under connected accounts, then you'll want to reach out to live support here so they can review your account details with you further and see what's causing this loop. Here on AHQ, we wouldn't be able to look over these details with you.

    My game is NFS hot pursuit remasted, on PS4. Keeps telling me to reset password.It will not allow me to connect to server,don't know what else to do.

    I found out that my nephew had created an EA account ON MY PS4 without my knowledge so every time I reset my password, reset my login, relinked my account nothing worked. It didn't work because YOU CAN ONLY HAVE *ONE* EA ACCOUNT PER PLAYSTATION and since I didn't know the email, I along with you are SOL. There is no way to recover/change the email UNLESS YOU KNOW THE EMAIL AND THE PASSWORD TO THE EMAIL by which the account was originally set up. Of course my GROWN NEPHEW can't remember what email account he used FOR MY PLAYSTATION but he remembered the email and password for HIS EA ACCOUNT ON HIS PLAYSTATION so every time I want to play online I HAVE TO LOGIN AS HIM ON MY PLAYSTATION.

    I am having issues too when I try to login to nfs heat online it says YOU NEED TO BE SIGNED IN TO YOUR EA ACCOUNT TO ACCES THE ONLINE FEATURE OF THIS GAME PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONNECTION. and I made an account and my internet is fine it doesn’t work.

    I have the same issue,

    I just gave up on it.

    My PS account isnt connected and the error says i am.

    Wasting time and there seems no solution
