Can't Access Online for EA Play (NFS Heat)
I recently purchased the 30 Day EA Play for PS4.
i want to play NFS Heat ONLINE.
Everytime I attempt to go online I get the message Please reset your password.
Your Login credentials have expired.
I scan the QR code to access the Change Password Page.
I enter my Email address.
I receive the link to reset my password.
I reset my password and receive verification that my password has been changed.
I re-start my PS4 and start the game.
When I try to access NFS Heat online... I GET THE VERY SAME MESSAGE (PLEASE RESET YOUR PASSWORD)
The cycle repeats itself again and again and again.
I HAVE:
> Tried no less than FOUR TIMES to no avail.
> Changed my PS4 Login Email and Password.
> Linked my Facebook profile (same Email Address) to EA
The only reason I purchased the EA Play pass was to play NFS Heat ONLINE.

First you'll want to be sure you're resetting the password for the correct EA account. The best way to check that would be by logging in with your email and checking that you see your PSN ID under your connected accounts here.
If you are logging in with the correct email, and you do see your PSN ID under connected accounts, then you'll want to reach out to live support here so they can review your account details with you further and see what's causing this loop.
