Can't download need for speed heat studio app.

I am running android 13 on my pixel 6 pro and when I try to download the app it says that it won't let me because it was made for an older version of Android. I tried downloading it on my galaxy tab e and the same problem occures. Like WTH the specifications are android 8.0+
