Can't enable crossplay or access online multiplayer

Same issue here on PS4 Pro.

Game won't connect to the autolog / EA servers. Shows error 40010000.

In the rare instances that it lets you connect to online, if you selected the "Quick Match" option, it just crashes the game completely.

These issues started appearing for me 3 days ago.

I have opened a case with EA Support Case ID: 88270215. But as usual, they don't give any solutions.

    Issues on xbox too.... started on Thursday.
