can't find NFS rivals in Origin

Hi all,

today i tried to play my NFS Rivals, but in my origin acc in the my games section i can't find NFS rivals... what now? what happened? i have DLC version and when i tried to reactive the product, the origin said it was already activated... where is my NFS and why i cant play? Please help me!
