Cant get new update from need for speed app

I have been played need for speed no limit for 2 year and i keep updating my app so i could join new event.
I cant install new because when i open the app it asked me to install new update, then the play store opened but there's no new update.
I know there is new update to join a new event bit theres no update in my ipad. I want to join 2018 dodge challenger srt demon event.. but there s no "update" button, only "open" button
