Can't install NFS Most Wanted (Old), because Underground is installed

So I got a NFS Most Wanted, 2005 version CD physical, but I can't install it once I have NFS Underground installed (I got the NFS Collector's Series pack), and took some screenshots of how it looks like at the start, when I try play and when I uninstall.

Move the "eauninstall.exe" and "Speed.exe" in the other Folder and try it again.
After installing, you can put them back.

I have the same problem, "Uninstall" you can move but I can only manage to copy "Speed" any solution?

Strange that you can't move it. Can you rename Speed.exe? To like Speed1.exe
