Cant join my friends?

Okay so, I got the game on launch day(PS4) and my friends just got theirs. When I try to invite them in the game, the server is either full or there is a little lock on the Join Player selection menu item on the player optiions. What's the point of being all online if I can't join my friends?

Thanks for updating me. We did release a patch yesterday that should've solved similar issues. If you run into anything else, please let me know.

Best thing to do here is to join each other's crew before looking for a game. This should be doable from the Need for Speed Network menu.

Too bad none of that works, it will never load right or at all.

If you can't join your friends because they won't load, either you or some of your friends need to change some network settings. Please take a look at the following:

Our settings are fine.. I'm not new to xbox and neither is he. Our nat are both open. This is an issue on your end that needs to be fixed, tons of people are having the same issue. Blaming it on your customers and acting like nothing is wrong is not the way to handle YOUR problem.

That is true me and my friend can't play either freezes on loading screen everytime never fails. Tried it 4 times in a row the bar gets full and stays there. Sometimes i have to repeat try to join by myself. All those ports are open on my router.

We are aware of the infinite loading screen issue which should be addressed in an upcoming patch.

However, this does not seem to be the issue both of you are referring to when you are unable to join friends? If this is in fact what you both were experiencing, then it wasn't fully clear to me by your explanations.

Yea, like at the beginning at the menu we will join as a crew. Then tell it to match make for both of us then when it gets to the loading screen with controller it loads all the way up to full then stops and thats it.

No, been doin it to us past 5-6 days we tried it again last night and it loaded that time but we had been trying ik mon night we tried 4 times in a row same result. But were in Eastern Time Zone we haven't tried it again tonight

It's still not working. Im inches close to returning this game. What's the purpose of always online when you can't even join your friends? Unnacceptable .. this is .. surely the last ever .. need for speed I'm ever buying.

Why can't you be like Codemasters? They absolutely screwed F1 2015 and they admitted it, accepted what they did and promised solutions. You just keep saying that the problem is on our end but it simply isn't.
