cant launch nfs heat on steam stuck on preparing game
I launch nfs heat on steam and then been stuck on "Preparing game..." and then after it closes the EA app crashes. See the pictures
Hey Everyone,
I wanted to check if anyone is still running into issues launching NFS Heat on Steam.
If so, can we try the following steps first?
- Verify the game in via your Steam library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
