Can't launch the game, help?
Can't start NFS Heat through Steam or the EA App, even tho Steam shows i'm playing the game, the .exe doesn't start the game window. The task manager also shows that the .exe is running yet no game window is open.
Already watched every "fix" on youtube. Tried running it in administrator mode, updated gpu drivers, win8 compatibility mode, disabled fullscreen optimizations, added system variable OPENSSL_ia32cap with value ~0x20000000, nothing has worked yet.

Can we try the following steps, when you have a moment?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for NFS: Heat
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
