Can't play, kernelbase error

Hi,

I have purchased and download the game today, unfortunatelly i couldn't even play it one time.

    Thanks for providing a confirmation that those cards are actually accepted by Can You RUN It, as I had not seen a screenshot yet. Technically, these types of cards would either be on par or just below the minimally required 750 TI, or 7850+. 

    However, the problem with the 69xx cards is that they are no longer being supported by AMD. An official quote on the subject:

    "AMD Radeon HD 8000 Series (HD 8400 and below), Radeon HD 7000 Series (HD 7600 and below), Radeon HD 6000 Series, and Radeon HD 5000 Series Graphics products have reached peak performance optimization as of November 24th, 2015. These products have been moved to a legacy support model and no additional driver releases are planned."

    I have forwarded the question to our devs if there is something we can do to get the game running on these cards, but I am afraid that since the driver support is no longer available for these cards, that we won't be able to patch it either. As an example, a specific game ready driver from AMD is available for their newer cards:

    @fredlpking

    I am afraid that your HD6xxx card does not meet the minimum requirements to run Need for Speed. More information about 6xxx cards and Need for Speed can be found in the following thread:

    Please note that if you purchased the game via Origin, then not being able to run the game will make you eligible for a refund. If you can't do that via the automatic form, then please contact a Game Advisor.

    Sorry, but my HD6970 should be compatible with you chareteristics, which are the following:
    ..."or equivalent DirectX 11 compatible GPU with 2GB of memory..." , if you see mu graphic card specs, it will say it is directX 11 compatible, and it has 4gb ddr5 ram. 2Gb of wich are dedicated.

    You need to check if your system meets the requirements  to run Need For Speed Can You RUN It? page

    If your machine is Ok to run NFS,try this.

    Removes drivers http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

    Now use driver detect tool  http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

    Then reinstall updates drivers (crimson 15....)  http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

    Restart your machine.

    1.First thing to do -run the game at the native resolution for the attached display.  To do this, check the native resolution of the screen in PC settings:

    -Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.
    (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

    -Tap or click PC and devices, then tap or click Display.

    -Tap or click the resolution slider and drag it until you find the resolution marked(Recommended). This is your monitor's native resolution—usually the highest resolution your monitor can support.

    -Tap or click Apply.

    Then make sure that the game settings are also set to run at the same resolution.

    2.If you have a Motherboard for gaming  then you have a BIOS settings consolidating with specific overclocking programming, which have make your overclocking much more straightforward 🤭... but this overclocking programming is enabled by defaultand clearly they destabilizing your system.

    Go in overclocking section of motherboard and disabling this feature for your processor and for your videocard .

    3.And now right click on game icon

    -select Properties
    -select Local Files Tab
    -select Browse Local Files
    -right Click NFS.EXE
    -select Properties Tab
    -select Compatibility
    -Run This Program As an Administrator

    Do the same for NFSLauncher.EXE in that folder.

    Maybe helps in your issue.🤔

    @fesbanu Sorry mate😞 and like he said @Straatford87 there is nothing to do about it.

    If you followed the steps above and did not go, you must purchase a new video card -generation R from AMD.

    Reinstalled machine with w7 x64 cleaner than this is impossible.
    Tried with crimson beta driver aswell, but didnt work .

    Thanks for help, i have requested a refund, and as soon as i upgrade my graphic card will buy it
