Can't redeem NFS Rivals Ultimate Cop Pack on Playstation Store

This issue started yesterday when I bought NFS Rivals with a promotional code for the Ultimate Cop Pack DLC. When I enter the code on the Playstation Store, there's an error that says, "The promotional code that you have entered is invalid or the code has been used". Any solutions for this issue?
