cant sign into need for speed rivals
im trying to do the multiplayer trophies for rivals before servers shut down and im stuck on you must be signed into ps network and ea servers in order to access but im signed into both is there anyone who can help me?

Need for Speed Rivals is shutting down its online servers on October 7, 2025. If reinstalling does not fix the issue, then most likely the online services are offline already or are being phased out since the official shutdown date is tomorrow.
