Cant take photos on Switch

Hi all. I may be late, but i saw this game on discount on the e shop and i bought it.

Such a beautiful game. The thing is i cant seem to take a photo on switch.

Every time i press the screenshot button (either docked or undocked) it says: “unable to take capture now”. Its a letdown.

- my memory is not full

- i tried resseting.

- other games work fine

i am missing something?
