Can't update to 2.6.4

Hello I have the Samsung Galaxy S7 android version 7.0

My game is version 2.5.3 and when I go to the Google Play store to update it, there is no Update button. I can see the latest version is 2.6.4 but I can't download it.

I reached lv 85 using my galaxy s8.
this morning when I logged in, there was a notification saying there is a new update and let me update the game via google play.
but when I was on google play, it said my device is not compatible.
how is this possible?

For the past events, just like usual. Go to google play and click update. But this latest event, google play said my device is not compatible

Yes mine's doing the same. Already contacted google they said it's a developer issues but cant
Get them to fix it. And ive tried everything else you could possibly do.

I wish someone from EA can come down here and tell us that they are working on a solution instead of keeping us waiting and wondering if they even know such problem exist.
Well... we will miss the event anyway. Not because we are not trying to win the event. Such a shame

They have fixed the issue. You have to delete google play cache and data. And i also deleted the NFS app and was able to download it with the new update. Good luck

I have the same problem. Im on galaxy s7 and the newest android os
