Car custom oaint jobs
Are there a way you can create liveries outside console like you can in forza horizon 4.
Cause i have see a lot of comnunity liveries, that might be impossible to make on console. Or at least i feel it is impossible.

I believe there is an app you can download to let you design decals for your cars on your phone. (NFS Heat Studio if I’m not mistaken)
The wrap editor in the games pretty good though once you get the hang of it, I just recently discovered the copy to opposing side feature which makes life so much easier.
I managed to replicate Brians eclipse from fast and furious using it. Granted it did take me a couple hours to get the car just right.
