Car is stuck in reverse (game is unplayable)

Hi just got the game and was really excited to play, only to find that the controls are completely broken... I open the game and the car will only reverse and if I hold the accelerator the wheels jus...

Same thing with me as well I am currently on the line with customer service if they give me a solution I will post it here. I agree that EA and some other companies like Ubisoft have been really slacking. At the moment the only big game developers I trust are nintendo and blizzard entertainment.
