Is the way to unlock the pro mods different on other platforms?

On PC I'm pretty sure the pro mods unlock with the following

Name                                                Milestones to unlock Pro

Track                                                  1000m 5000 yards total Drift

Off-road                                            1000m 5000 yards total Off-road

Reinflates                                         10  5 Reinflates

Nitrous Burn                                     60  300 sec Nitrous use

Powershot Nitrous                          1000% 25 Powershot Nitrous used earned

Long Gears                                      1000m 10000 yards in Oncoming lane

Short Gears                                      10 25 Near Misses

Lightweight                                       60sec Air Time

Reinforced                                        10 Takedowns

Aero                                                   60  120 sec Slipstreaming

Impact Protection                            10  2 Crash Escapes
