Cars missing in game

I’m having issues with cars not showing in the dealerships. Every car listed is in the dealership either unlocked or with a lock on it except for the Plymouth Barracuda the Mazda rx7 and both Volvo’s....

anyone found this car? It was on the carlist but cant see it in the in game shop.
