Ce-41839-5

I just download my need for speed payback app in my ps4, but when i launch the app, the game cant open, and written a code CE-41839-5, what does that mean?

That indicates an issue with the game files but the following should help resolve the issue:

Boot your console in Safe Mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database ->
