Change account ID

Hello! 

How can i change my NFSNL account id?

My game lags a lot when i finish a race and til i see the nfs logo, lags too when i have to choose a reward, also lags when i install or rebuild a part, and so on. On all windows my game lags, only when im doing a race it doesn't lags.

I tested this and it might be, i think, because of the age of my account. I created my NFSNL account more then 2 years ago.

I tested this and with a new account i have no problems, all goes very smooth.

I play on my phone, Android 8.

Or some way to transfer my saved data to a new account?

Those guys at firemonkeys, just dont care, ticket still opened and no answer.
