Try turning off your mobile device and turn it back on again.

@iAmDiBBz Which car are you using to race, PR? I understand that YOU are crashing somewhere during the race right? Isn´t the game crashing every single race, right?

sry but thats is not at all useful... also turning on and off the mobile device does nothing.. i think what youre meaning is restarting the phone with will only load the required apps you have allowed. and i do restarts all the dam time while playing this game and it still does not help what so ever!

also i was never one to say this but whats with with typical professional approach ? its like you just copied and pasted that in hopes that it might be the cause...

its not my phones fault its the games fault... Raining maps and this BS * stuff they are trying to force into the game is whats crashing the game.. i crash more often on rainining races and night races than i do in broad daylight races!

this water reflection stuff i feel is a major cause for the crashing on those types of races!

dont get me wrong peniastall. the game crashes constantly no matter where you race. but its never 100% of the time i do it.. no matter how many times i forgive the game and decide to retry that the chapter 8 boss.. it always crashes entering the downtown area with the ramp (with sky-scrapers and office buildings!

also no matter what car i use. it always crashes

i manage my phones ram usage pretty well to the point i only want essential apps running in order to do my day to day life needs.. and that all comes to around 57% on a fresh restart of the phone. and i never see it goes above 70%

starting the game straight after a fresh restart the game will only go to 69-74% (thats during mid races just so you know)

this requirement that the game actually needs 1GB of ram to run is stupid cause it does not even use it.

@iAmDiBBz My game is crashing often too, almost every 3 races, I ran that race ten because I'm farming the relay and sometimes my game crashes but not at the same point of yours.

I read somewhere here that only a few devices are doing this, I'm using an iPad Air 2 and after the Lunar event continue having more often this problem, hope EA/FM can solve it.

Sorry because can't help you with your problem, the only thing is we need to wait until they do something about it.

@iAmDiBBz When No Limits was crashing on me, I turned off my iPod Touch and turned it back on again. Afterwards, I launched No Limits and finished any race without it crashing on me.

My iPod Touch is 5th generation and I'm stuck playing in minimum quality in No Limits.

I'm not a professional at EA. I'm just a No Limits player like you are.

I post links so I have proof of what I am saying.

I understand that it's the game's fault.

No Limits is quite unstable at times and will crash no matter what.

Although, I don't see rain on my screen as I'm stuck playing in minimum quality.

Well theres your solution right there... your running the game on low quality... meanwhile im stuck at high quality!

they either need to allow us to have control over quality settings or fix this BS problem that many other samsung galaxy S6 users have!

also apple and android... way way different!

also big difference between simply turning off the phone and "Restarting" the phone.. also what works for you might not necessarily work for others... a simple on/off (or restart) wont fix this or similar issues with alot of other people! 

power off > Saves all your current running programs cache / data and upon powering on will resume those apps states!

Restart > basically what it implies.. clear ram cache and force stops apps (basically a clean boot). upon re-booting - the phone will only load necessary apps that have been allowed by the user (apps that are disabled etc wont run)

@iAmDiBBz Not that this means anything, but I wanted to play No Limits in maximum quality. 😢
