Cheats...?

I know this may be an odd thing to ask but I got the game for free with SimCity (because if the problems it had) and I am trying to like it but it simply is too hard for me... I can't win the races I need to unlock stuff and so this game only frustrates me. Must be my age: I am not the youngest anymore. 😉 Anyway, I wonder if there are any cheats, purely for offline single player. If not, then I will have to forget about this game.
