Cloud restore problem

Cloud restore problem, i lost my profile , I was about level 80 and about 80 cars i don't remember , my phone didn't work and I had to restore it to factory settings and it erased everything ,I had my profile was synched with facebook and also Game Center but I can't restore my profile from neither of them , please help I don't want to start again , I was playing an year .
