Cloud Save will not update

I'm trying to create a bug report but help.ea.com keeps taking me here instead.

Origin is constantly telling me the cloud save is older than the local file. It asks me which one I want to use every time I launch the game.

This means the cloud save is not updating with the game while I'm playing it.

I don't want to turn off cloud save because it's useful when it works.

Why is there no way to clear the cloud save and make it update?

Edit: I noticed the cloud save was the correct time again so I selected it and launched it. Maybe the process could be a little more intuitive instead of having to ask every time. Like if I select the local it would rewrite the cloud save and use it the next time.
