Communication with EA games

I I've tried speaking over the phone to ea games and also tried to get through by email and writing on this forum page yet nothing seems to be done about my issues on there game and the game costed me money yet they palm you off with different things but it dosent the solve the issues at hand and it's peeing me off and yet they still expect you to buy and play there games which they fail to regularly update and fix the many issues to which is poor and when the games are meant to be fun ea games are no joy but more hassle and taking the mick beyond reach which I don't think fair to a loyal & reasonable customer , do u really want to lose a customer to your game? Cause that is what it will come down too!  Treating customers this way not responding to them isn't the way to go about it.  Fix need for speed fix BUGS and UPDATE the game.

    I am one of the poor sods who bought Frontier First Encounters ! That game had more bugs than a junkies bed,15 years on still I am still waiting for an update to fix it.It  is such a shame that NFS 2015  is bugged though, I enjoy it so much, I absolutly love the graphics, such nice street lighting and how the colours change between areas.

    I played over 400 hours I hope they patch the game cos it really is worth it, cos this game is pure art man, love it.

    Games makers normally say the bugs will be fixed for the next game, if they cant fix this game, they wont fix the bugs in the next one either.Worth waiting to see if other people complain about a game before you buy.
