Complete edition dlc packs are not showing in game

I bought the need for speed rivals complete edition and redeemed the code for the dlc packs but none of the cars from the dlc's are showing up on my game

    Level up your game, and then you'll see your cars unlock!

    What level are you? If you are low level, you mist wait a little, to get your dlc-cars.
    Tl;DR Level your game up, and you'll see the cars unlock!
