Completely reset game after update

In latest update EA says they reset progress in underground and a few other things. However I have lost all of my game data, including my cars and REP. This is very annoying as I had the F82 razor and had made an in app purchase. Please Help!

Were you logged in Game Center or Google Plus before losing everything? If you weren't, then your game data is lost FOREVER!

Yes, I was but I have tried doing backup from my most recent save and it hasn't done anything. Game Center shows my achievements but I can't get my data back

Then there's no other way to get your game data back. Either you start over in No Limits or you remove No Limits and forget about it. It's up to you.
