Confusion over Need For Speed Most Wanted (2012) DLC

When browsing the DLC for Most Wanted on the Singapore Origin store, I see two sets of DLC with similar names.

⚽ Premium Modification Unlock and Premium Mod Unlock

🏈 Timesavers Pack and Premium Timesavers Pack

What's the difference between these DLC packs? For ⚽, it seems the "Premium Mod Unlock"  includes the Terminal Velocity, Movie Legends and NFS Heroes packs while the "Premium Modification Unlock" includes the Pro Mods only. Isn't the "Premium Mod Unlock" supposed to be the Deluxe Bundle?

I think this is misleading to have different content packs with similar titles. Secondly, the Premium Timesavers Pack supposedly includes the Pro Mods and Timesavers Pack yet it costs one dollar less than the Timesavers Pack so I'm confused here. An explanation of each DLC pack is greatly appreciated, since other customers may also be confused over the naming and description of these DLC packs.
