Connection error 40010000 Autolog (NFS HPR)

I can't to connect to EA servers (Autolog) in NFS HPR. The thing is that the game itself runs without problems, and I have access to all EA Internet resources (ping ea.com works fine, server status for EA app is on), but in the game when I try to connect to the servers Autolog error 40010000 appears. I have tried changing DNS settings, firewall settings, performing a network reset, also starting the system in clean mode, using mobile Internet instead of cable connection, resetting the application cache and clicking restore on the game in the EA app (EA app shows I'm online when I launch it), also adding settings to open ports in the firewall, tried using VPN, rebooting the router, reinstalling the game and EA app, clearing save and config files from documents, changed settings for time in system (it is automatically set and everything is ok), changed region in my EA profile settings, but none of the above helped to solve the problem. The game was activated with a Global Region Key for multiple languages. I've also tried installing the game on different computers and operation systems and the result was the same, so I don't think it's the game itself or the network settings

  • Hello @Anonymous,

It sounds like you've tried a comprehensive list of troubleshooting steps. The error code 40010000 typically indicates an issue with connecting to the EA servers. Here are a few more suggestions you might try:

    1. Check EA Server Status: Although you mentioned that the EA server status is online, it's worth checking the status specifically for NFS Heat and Autolog functionality. Sometimes, specific services may be down even when the overall status is green.

    2. Network Configuration: Ensure that your router is not blocking any specific ports used by EA. Here are common ports you might need to forward:

      • TCP: 80, 443, 8080, 10443
      • UDP: 3659, 10000-10001
    3. Antivirus/Firewall Exceptions: Double-check that both your antivirus and firewall are set to allow all EA-related programs. Sometimes, even with ports opened, additional security software can interfere.

    4. Account Issues: Ensure there are no restrictions or issues with your EA account itself. Sometimes, account bans or restrictions can cause connectivity issues.

    5. Change EA App Settings: Within the EA app, try adjusting the settings for "Connection" and "Network." Sometimes toggling specific options can help resolve connection issues.

    6. Region Settings: If you've changed your region in your EA profile, make sure that the game itself matches the region of your EA account.

    7. Contact EA Support: If all else fails, it may be best to reach out to EA Support directly. They may have access to more detailed server logs or account settings that could clarify the issue.

Hopefully, one of these steps will help resolve the issue!

    Best regards,
