So after all trouble shooting steps and port forwarding, resets, restarts, disc removal and replacement and this issue still persists...THEN WHAT? It's become quite an unnecessary hindrance, and aggravating increasingly. This game never starts right away like its supposed to. And I still randomly get kicked out once I somehow manage to get into the server. This is a "Server Connection Lost" issue.
