Control over Nitro

Question

Is there any way to turn off nitro once it is turned on.

If there is no way, I would like to request the developer for this option. If the Nitro bar is full, I would like to use it in short bursts, turn it off during a turn, where I can drift. Coming out of the turn, nitrous can be fired on a straight. Currently, once Nitro is used, the whole bar just whooshes.

When keeping auto-play on, we can easily draft on an opponent car with a slightly sluggish car. Sometimes, a short burst of Nitro to catch up would help us accumulate cash.

There is no way to stop using Nitrous when you decide to use Nitrous.
The nitrous has to be depleted for it to stop.

Using Nitrous does NOT help accumulate In-Game Currency. You mean driving on Nitrous Zones in Nitro Rush races that helps gain In-Game Currency.

What I meant, was that you can draft indefinitely on a NPC car by keeping "Autoplay ON". After sometime, the NPC car moves forward outside the draft zone. Firing a short burst, will put us back in the draft zone. Right now, firing the nitro overtakes the NPC car, and ends drafting since the entire Nitro bar gets used up in one go.

I can draft easy behind my opponents' cars without turning on Autoplay. You should turn off Autoplay and do the driving yourself as you have more control of your car.
If you have more control of your car, it'll make drafting easier for you.
