Controls wont respond
For the game Need for Speed: Rivals, Every time I open up the game the controls wont respond. Any fixes or solution? Computer currently running on Win 10 64bit.

Unfortunately no. After doing clean boot, the controls still wont work. Still can't get past the home screen.

Community ManagerCan your remove all peripherals other than mouse, keyboard and controller (are you using one?)
Then, generate a Dxdiag report and post that here, we may be able to spot an issue in that report.

Here is the diagnostics. And im only using mouse and keyboard.

It looks like you may have multiple instances of your mouse and keyboard installed, either set the actual mouse and keyboard as the default or remove/uninstall all of the duplicates and then retry.
How do I do that exactly?
