Cop spawn a milisecond from colliding

Summarize your bug While playing in night events, off-line lobby and online as well, if i get into a high heat race or chase, if a cop spawns ahead of me(around the 250 km/s), when they get closer i cant see their models and it only "appears" or "spawn" a milisecond from colliding with me. The biggest problem is that it happens to any cop car, including the rhino, ive seen this happen with some people on youtube aswell.

Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get into a chase at high speeds.
What happens when the bug occurs? Collide with the cop car, lose alot of momentum and some positions or even instant arrest.
What do you expect to see? A LOD of the vehicle so i can at least try and dodge before it collides with me. No nerf, i simply love how hard it is to escape them but often get stressed out with this bug.
